SUPPORT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASSET RECOVERY OFFICE AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE REPOSITORY CENTRE
ROLAG will be working with the SAEK III project to establish an Anti-corruption and Assets Recovery Policy Support Service and to support the establishment of the Asset Recovery Unit to the Prosecution Office and support the Basel Institute on Governance in its efforts to establish and increase capacities for specialized asset recovery. Furthermore, the role of ROLAG will be monitoring corruption cases in Kosovo courts and the implementation of the corruption-specific sentencing guidelines.
